This website allows you to purchase and order items from Restaurant Stockfleth, Stockfleth Drift ApS, CVR no. 42193089, Stockflethsvej 12, 8400 Ebeltoft. These terms apply to the ordering of and payment for items, such as take-away and gift cards.

Conclusion of Agreement

A completed order constitutes a binding offer to the restaurant to supply the items you have ordered. A binding agreement between you and the restaurant is only established once the restaurant has accepted the order.

Prices and Payment

Prices are listed with the items, and the total price for the order is displayed in the cart before you pay. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. VAT. The kitchen starts preparing your food immediately after the order is placed – regardless of whether you pay immediately or upon pickup.

We accept Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard.

Discount Codes and Gift Cards

Promotional discount codes are valid subject to the conditions stated in the campaign. Physical gift cards cannot be used for online payment.

Order Confirmation and Pickup

Upon purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing your order number, which you must present upon pickup. You may pick up your items no later than one hour after the pickup time stated in the order confirmation. If the order has not been picked up by then, the food will be discarded, and the amount will not be refunded.

Complaints

The general rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding complaints and defects apply. If there are errors or defects in your order, please contact the restaurant by phone at +45 31 70 94 62 during opening hours or at info@restaurantstockfleth.dk – preferably including your receipt and photos.

If you are a consumer, you may also file a complaint with the Appeals Board for Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism (hrt-ankenaevn.dk) or the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration.

Right of Cancellation

There is no right of cancellation for food and beverages, pursuant to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. A 14-day right of cancellation applies to the purchase of gift cards.
