We are located at the fishing harbour in the heart of Ebeltoft, which is why we focus primarily on fresh fish and seafood – but we also feature a great steak on the menu. The wine list includes around 100 wines.

In the summer, things move very fast. This requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks, deliver a professional product, and still have fun doing it. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal with a deep respect for professional craftsmanship in both gastronomy and wine.

We are looking for both trained and untrained waiters for the season. As part of the front-of-house team, you create the best conditions for all guests to have a great experience.
